How often does discouragement come due to what Man has done?

Glenn posits that Man is the source of all discouragement; and that we put way too much faith in Man to allow ourselves to be kicked by his failures the way we are.  

The only one who will NEVER discourage is God.  So we need to put most of our faith in Him, if not all.

Psalm 118 is used as an illustration of how much faith a child of God should put in Him.
