Fellowship

"I urge you to live a life worthy of the calling you have received. Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love." << Ephesians 4:1-2>>

Mark 10:28 - "Peter began to say to him, "See, we have left everything and followed you." Jesus said, "Truly, I say to you, there is no one who has left house or brothers or sisters or mother or father or children or lands, for my sake and for the gospel, who will not receive a hundredfold now in this time, houses and brothers and sisters and mothers and children and lands, with persecutions, and in the age to come eternal life."
We have left all to follow Christ and for this sacrifice we receive eternal life and a spiritual family on this earth.
The church is our FAMILY!
*We need to KNOW each other. Hebrews 10:23-27 When we are together (assembled in any fashion), it is harder to commit a willful sin. Safety in numbers
*We must REBUKE each other Proverbs 9:7-8;13:1,18;15:31-33 We must because we sin. The steps to follow to approach a brother in sin is to go to him FIRST; if he won't listen, approach him again with witnesses to help establish the truth; if he still will not hear, go to the church so they can help you both. Remember as you speak to your brother that Christ is there with you.
*FORGIVE each other Mt 5 23-24 What's more important - holding on to a grudge or worshipping God?
*We need to LOVE each other Colossians 3:9-11 Our physical differences should not matter.
Mark 12:29-31 Their is no sin greater than true love for God and your fellow man.
